We're extending the deadline in the hopes that you'll participate in the children's work. Please have 'sounds' in by January 21st.
The East Wingers are creating a soundtrack to a story they developed in music with Stuart. They want to get a variety of options for these specific suonds that support their story.
The children decided which sounds they needed to underscore their story during a small group meeting.
They're asking the parents and all the children to submit ideas of how to make the following sounds:
Lion Roar
Wind
Thunder
Rain
a "Ding" sound
Happy music (When a character realizes that they can help her friends!)
Sad music (When a character feels all alone).
Whining cats (domestic and exotic)
Whining mouse
Snore
Quiet music (to support a sneaking scene)
You can bring in the item that makes the noise, record the sound and bring it in, or email the sound to Paola: paola@newschoolwest.com
