Yesterday, Adriana was not at school. She travelled to San Diego for her graduation ceremony from National University. Adriana holds a BA in Early Childhood Education from National University and we are all so proud of her work and accomplishments. The children made her a banner and discussed her news today at morning meeting. We had to clear up the notion that in this instance, ‘graduation’ doesn’t mean leaving. Because these East Wing children are graduating and for many of them, leaving New School-West, there was concern. Please reassure them that she is staying with us.
