We’ve got some good news and some bad news.
The good news is that Mima’s moving with her family to San Diego!
The bad news is that Mima’s moving with her family to San Diego!
We’ve been blessed to have Mima be a part of our program for four years now and Cooking with Mima will go down in history as one of our favorite activities. We never did get a recipe book together, but the smells from the kitchen that we’ve grown to love will permanently be etched in our brain and memories of our loving Mima permanently etched in our hearts.
Mima’s last day with us here at NSW will be Thursday, July 22nd. We will have a luncheon just for her and the teachers so we can get in our last giggles and storytelling. Mima always makes us laugh and for me she will always be my role model. Spry, easygoing, lover of books, and the naproom queen, we will miss everything that makes her wonderful. Be sure you take the remaining days to give her a kiss and a hug so she can carry them with her to San Diego.
Mima, we love you and wish you the best. xoxoxoxoxoRoleen
