The children spent their first day back getting reacquainted with each other and the areas of the school. During appointment time, the teachers lead tours of new areas and materials, and reviewed the use of old and familiar areas and materials. Our intention was to provide an environment full of rich and inviting materials, while retaining the spaces readability and usefulness as a place where children can work independently.
