Hi families, I wanted to introduce Pascale Bergara. She is attending SMC and completing her ECE certification through an internship with Teacher Flora at New School-West. Pascale has taken the Reggio course from Roleen and comes highly recommended as an addition to our school. While she is interning, Pascale is under supervision at all times. She is not required to interact at all with the children as part of her observation class and she will not be alone with, or in charge of children during her internship.
She is a professional graphic artist and became interested in the Reggio approach through her own children. With this new passion, she returned to school to extend her education and become a preschool teacher within the approach. Please say ‘hi’ on Wednesday mornings when you see her.
