For the last few weeks, the East Wing children have welcomed the West Wing children into their classroom. Both Wings have discussed changes to the environment and wishes for the new year. We’ve ‘tried on’ a lot of what the East Wing has to offer and started to see ourselves as a new group together.
We dressed up for snack in the East Wing with Evelyn.
And after thoroughly investigating the Fire Truck, the children agreed to share their strategies of building and saving work in order to design something new in this space.
Of course, some places will stay the same. Mostly because they remind us of home.
But we’re envisioning a gorgeous future together. We’re seeing new relationships on the horizon and solidifying good old relationships, too.
