In our morning meeting last Friday, we informed the children that Jacob will be going on a trip to Italy with his Papa Sean and Dada Mike and will be gone for three weeks. Jacob let the children know that he would be picked up after nap so he has time to pack his suitcase before the airplane ride.
When the children gathered after nap before their afternoon appointments, Mabel looked around at the faces of the other children and asked: “Where’s Jacob?”
Kayden, also looked around: Where’s Jacob?
Coco: He’s on a trip.
Jake: He’s gonna fly a plane, put his suitcase away, and then go play.
Paisley: We will miss him.
Jacob and his dads plan to send photos from Italy and we plan to FaceTime with him. In addition, Amy introduced “Little Jacob,”
