Eva Ciubotariu and her parents, Daniela and Mircea, are finally here and started the afternoon program in the WW on November 1st. We waited a long time for Eva to join us. To welcome her, we mailed Eva some questions the children thought important to know before meeting her. She sent back answers:
How old are you?
- I am three and a half.
Do you like trucks?
- Only green trucks. But sometimes I like other trucks.
Do you have a kitty?
- I don’t have a real kitty but I have a few kitties that are soft toys: Mitzi, Figaro and Marie.
Do you like working with tools?
- I like working with a few tools, yes. I fix things with my daddy and mommy. I like to help with the drilling machine, screws and nut connecting, and batteries.
What do you like to eat?
- I like pancakes, jelly mango, rolled stuffed cabbage with rice and walnuts. I like some fish, bread and butter, olives, green lettuce, pasta and fruits.
We read Eva’s responses during circle on the day of her visit. After the children met her in the front yard and other spaces, they remembered that they also like pancakes and trucks and began connecting with their new friend. Welcome to NSW, friends!
