On Thursday we did a safety evacuation practice. During morning circle, we prepared the children and rang the bell to sound the ‘alarm’ that tells us to go to the nearest teachers and get in line. We exited to Venice then rounded the corner and stood on May Street for roll call BASED ON YOUR SIGN IN SHEETS. We successfully ran through the whole exit in 1 minute! However, there were 3 children who were not signed in so please be aware of the importance of signing in with the time and your full name, every day.

Fiona (EW) and mom, Jennifer brought flowers to brighten the classroom in pinks and reds.
Juliet (WW) and dad, Steve brought tulips and and a mixed bunch and then there were sunflowers from Poppy (EW)!
Poppy (EW) and mom, Katie made enough soup for everyone and corn bread too (YUM).
Snack was brought by Julian, Clemmy, Jake, Hayes, Zoe (EW) and Diego (WW).
