When: Saturday, June 18th – Sunday, June 19th (yes, that is Father’s Day)
Time: Check in any time after 12:00 noon on Saturday; check out by Sunday at 12:00. (If you can’t stay the night, feel free to come just for the day.)
Cost: $2.00 per person per night
Directions: This takes about an hour from West LA
From Santa Monica: PCH North for 40 minutes. You will pass Leo Carrillo campground and beach. A bit less than two miles north of Leo Carrillo State Park you will see the restaurant Neptune’s Net on the right and the road Yerba Buena immediately past the restaurant. You will wind up into the mountains. Keep going! After 5.4 miles or so, Circle X Ranch will be on your right. It is well marked. Enter, pass the Ranger station on your right, and head down the road, keeping to the left, to the campsite. There is a parking lot. However, because we are over capacity with cars, there is additional parking at the big parking area one level up at the Ranch House. If you need to park in the upper parking lot, you can unload your car at the campsite. Please do not park in the day use parking at the entrance to the campground – it is for day use visitors only.
