A sweet farewell

Dear New School West Community

As the saying goes, there is good news and bad news. The amazing good news is that I was offered and accepted a job curating performances at the Ford Theater as their Community Initiatives Program Manager. I will be in charge of their family performance series, Big!World!Fun! as well as the interactive music and dance series J.A.M. This is an opportunity to return to my arts presenter’s hat that will include all my interests in arts education, cultural exchange and family friendly performances. The bad news is that after four years of teaching movement to the children and partnering with the incredible NSW teachers I will no longer be able to continue leading these classes. There is a piece of my heart that will follow all the children I have encountered. I have truly loved every minute of our work together and the discoveries we have all made. But I will not disappear! I will always be there to keep movement alive at NSW and I hope you will trek out to the Ford Amphitheater in the summer and see me.  I promise you will have a great experience.

Please keep in touch. You can always sign up for my Mail Chimp Newsletters to keep updated on Family Dance Jam and other things I may be up to.

I wish you all the very best and look forward to when our paths cross.
