Trike-a-Thon Reminders
West Wing
April 15th, 3:00 to 3:30ish
* Monday children arrive at the regular time
* Children who do not attend school on Mondays can join us on our ride at 3:00. Arrive at 2:30 so they can settle in and join circle time for details of the day.
* Bring trikes and helmets with names on them via the Venice gate and put them in the designated “flower group” and then meet us outside on Venice.
* We will be leaving the front gate on Venice at 3:00 to go down May St. and then back up May St.
* This can only happen safely if we have enough adults to help us monitor the streets and corners. There are sign ups for helpers on the door.
* Plan to take your child home after the ride. If you can’t, please take their trikes and helmets home and let the teacher know when you will be returning.
* We will be collecting donations for St. Jude’s Hospital until May 15th. Copy this link into your web browser to donate online or share the event with others online:
Make checks out to St. Jude’s Hospital and place them in the envelope on the office door.
* Our goal is to keep this a peaceful day. Preparing the children ahead of time that “things will be a little different today” will help. Ask if you need more details.
