A large children’s backpack should be brought to school each day.
Backpacks and all contents will be sent home daily for washing.
BACKPACK SHOULD CONTAIN:
- Adult-sized water bottle filled with water
- Lunch box with healthy choices, easy open containers
- A clean mask and a snack in a separate disposable container/bag labeled “child name’s snack”
- 4 clean face masks
- Wet dry bag or paper bag for used masks
- 1-2 changes of clothes
- Wet dry bag or Ziploc for dirty clothes
- Extra pair of closed-toed shoes
- Sunscreen stick
- Fitted crib sheet and lovey (for West Wing quiet time)
REMINDERS:
- Label Everything (clothing, bedding, lovies, backpacks, lunch boxes, water bottles, etc.)
- Clothes and shoes should be easy for children to take on and off themselves, comfortable and safe to run and climb in and that you are okay to have covered in paint, clay, mud, etc.
- Food Allergies – Due to allergies, West Wing will be nut-free and East Wing will be peanut-free (to be updated as more information is received from parents).
- Please leave all toys at home!

EMERGENCY PACKET:
We keep supplies stocked at school in the case of an emergency, but also ask that you provide a packet with a few items that we store in our emergency bins.
In a large Ziploc bag, please include:
- Underwear and socks
- Long sleeved shirt
- Long pants
- Flashlight with batteries (keep the batteries separate)
- Family photo
- A short letter from you: “You are safe. I/we will be there soon. Listen to your teachers. They will take care of you until I/we arrive.”
