We were delighted to host Tiziana Filippini at NSW with your support – thank you for giving us time to meet with her on Friday, 2/15/19
She was very interested to learn that Mica was Italian too! And to understand the children’s portfolios with Zoe and Aliana. In the atelier she listened as Gia and Sonia explained their WIKI stick designs. She was given a tour of the garden where the children were planting new seeds and in particular, was taken to the bed of sunflower seeds with great excitement. She was fascinated with the year long ramp game and the enthusiasm and adjustments made by Emilio and Jake. We were glad to be ‘seen’ and to learn about deeper ways of documenting the children’s work!
Snack and cooking responded to the rain and moved indoors! Britt (Finn, WW) offered broccoli (fairy trees) & parmesan pizzas to bake up.
Snack was provided by Luscia, Wally, Emilio, Liliana, Charlie, Phedon and Lola in the EW and Indie, Moss in the WW.
