What’s Happening in August?
Wednesday, August 15th – First day of school!
Jodi Loeffler and Niran Martin (Taj, WW) have generously offered to open their home to any parents who want to gather after drop off, mingle, have a snack, and get some support if needed from fellow parents.
3730 Moore Street (from NSW: two streets West & two streets North)
When? Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday – starting at 8:00am for morning drop-offs; and again at 2:30pm for afternoon drop-offs. Friday is for morning drop off only.
Tuesday, August 21st – Parent Partners Meeting
6:45pm to 9:00pm at the school.
This is a great way to learn how you can get involved at the school. Join a committee! Make friends! Give back! (No childcare available)
Bring a nibble and/or a bottle of wine or sparkling water
Thursday, August 23rd – Coffee With Roleen
9:30 to 11:30. Family host TBA. It’s a casual time to sit with Roleen and other parents to talk kids and parenting. Suggested $10 Donation goes to Teachers’ Professional Development fund.
Friday, August 24th – Early Pick Up day (12:15)

Saturday, August 25th – NSW Back to School Family Picnic
11:00am to 1:00pm. Glen Alla Park. A fun way to connect, meet new families, re-connect with friends after the summer. More importantly, the kids love it. Potluck style. Bring a picnic, bring food to share.
