What a beautiful night and a great reminder of how fortunate we are to be a part of such a special community. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful evening!

“We are so grateful for the daily notes! It is so incredible to read about what adventures August has been involved in all day. In the past when I asked him about his day he wouldn’t give me any information, but now by mentioning a detail from the teachers’ notes, it opens up a whole world of joyous conversation and description! It is such a gift! And we talk about his day now at dinner too, which is a gift to our family. Thank you!” – Margaret (August)
“I am grateful for teachers documenting everything –stories,
pictures for the website. We aren’t able to be here and there is a
need for us to be able to connect. Thank you for documenting all you
do and sharing it with us.” – Matt (Grace)
“Being able to check the sheets and have a little hint about what to
ask the children about… like “I saw that you were in the atelier
today…” The stories coming from those questions are so rich. I am
learning about who she is playing with and connecting with.” – Mai (Leah)
“I appreciate how the teachers present stories from the children in a
completely non-judgmental way. Engaged in the community of the story.
I learn about and get to know all the children.” – Sabrina (Rio)
“Understanding how the stories in the West Wing stop at a certain
point, but the stories from the East Wing come home and continue at
home.” – Matt (Grace)
