Last weekend, Roleen hosted her SMC Reggio course at NSW and parents Emily (Paisley), Melinda (Ephy), Jennifer (Fiona), Alex (Emilio), and Heather (Estelle) came to talk about what it means to be a part of a school that involves Parents as Partners in the learning and how documentation makes the process of learning visible. Adriana and her SMC intern, Nerea, came to present the work on the Sound Wall.
Snack was brought by Isaac, Mehana, Zoe and Mason, Gia, Olivia, Harrison, Estelle, Coco, Leo, Arnon, Sonia, Chase and Lucy L.
Flowers were brought by Isaac, Emilio, and Lucy C.
Maribel (Aliana’s mom, WW) made French toast at afternoon snack and cooked with friends!
Last week, Heather (Estelle, EW) and friends went to the Farmer’s Market.
Heather (Estelle’s mom, EW) also made time to meet with us for a team meeting and Jaclyn (Eli) met with us for our WW meeting.
