Last week, the Fundraising Committee convened at Leah Bernthal’s house for our first meeting of the year.
Our goal is to raise $50,000 during the 2010/2011 school year. This money will go towards renovating the kitchen, as well as furthering the teachers’ education.
How can we do that? Through parent participation in these upcoming events. It’s important to have everyone’s involvement and participation. More information to come as each event gets closer.

Saturday, November 13th – Secret Dinners
4 secret dinners will be held this evening for parents only – the hosts won’t be revealed until the day of the event! Keep an eye out for menus and sign ups on the door in October. $50/person.
Saturday, December 4th – Holiday Bazaar at NSW
For kids and parents to attend. A day long bazaar at school with vendors selling fabulous wares. Come do your holiday shopping!
Saturday, February 26th, 2011 – Party for Parents
Our silent auction – line up the babysitter!
May 2011 – Date TBA – Comedy night
Parents only! This night tends to get a little saucy!
