The trip to the Farmer’s Market was focused on bringing back plants for our garden. Lori Shapiro (Golda, WW) chaperoned on the bus to the market and Melanie’s dad took photos and came along for the ride too.
While enjoying the produce, plants and people, our friend, Farmer Pete sold us the desired plants and farmer Alex offered carrot ‘samples’ to the kids.
We brought back our plants and look forward to a winter crop.
