The packets for the April 10th silent auction have arrived! If you haven't seen them, it's time to check your children's filebox. (You know, those milk crates on top of the shelves where they keep the lunch boxes).
The packet includes:
– instructions on how to donate and/or solicit a donation and what do with it once you have one;
– a handy list of suggestions to set your mind in motion;
– a letter you can give to potential donors to give them background info on NSW and the fundraiser;
– a form for donors to fill out & you to return to NSW with donated items.
There are extra forms in the office for additional donations. Also, we'll post copies of the letter and the form online for easy downloading and emailing.
