For those of you who are new to the school, the NSW Photostream is a private flickr account run by parents and teachers to chronicle the children’s experiences at school and the major NSW events. We are excited to announce that the NSW Photostream is now connected to this blog! We will be sending out posts like this to inform you of new photo sets–just click the photo image and it will take you to the newest set. This set is from the most recent “Day In the Life” entry by Kris/Roleen which gives us weekly glimpses of the children’s day at school.
You can also click “NSW Photostream” in the main blue banner of the blog to get to the homepage of the NSW Photostream. There, you can view any of the sets from the past (on the right-hand side), organized by date back to 2006. Viewing the photos with your children can help to ease-in their transition by bridging the links between school and home, and by serving as good conversation starters, especially in these early weeks of school:)
If you would like to help take photos or video with the Documentation Committee this year, or have any questions, please feel free to email or talk with Sari (Hanami, WW) or Byron (Ava, EW). Thanks!
