This Sunday we met a few enthusiastic gardeners from NSW at the plot. The children have voted to grow potatoes so the Trents, Mazzinis and Webers met with Paola and Kris and Sam to prepare the beds. We met our neighbor to the West, Meg, who showed us how to turn on the water for the plot and we removed our 'mailbox' to bring back to the kids at school in order to personalize it. We'll be asking the kids to bring in a favorite potato from the supermarket, and we'll have a planting date really soon.
