The children tasted fruits and vegetables in season at the local farmer’s market and nominated their favorites for The Vote. The Vote occurred this week with a sticker stuck on their choice. Below are the winners and we’re asking you to bring in enough for the children to FEAST on because we are a community who comes together to celebrate over food. There is still time to sign up. Make sure the items are ready to serve when you bring them in and think about portions: a box of 25 chicken nuggets is enough for 4 or 5 children and we’re feeding 100. Label all your platters and sign up on the door. Children who do not attend school on Tuesdays at 12:00 can join us for the morning at 9am or join us for the feast at 11:45am.
