Hi all,
It is a New School-West tradition to celebrate our community with a Thanksgiving Feast. The children will be discussion their favorite foods and that our community is organic, gluten free, peanut free and egg vigilant.
We will gather their food ideas and have a VOTE on November 12th and 13th.
You can sign up to bring dishes that reflect the VOTE and help serve on the door from November 17th-24th.
The Feast will be at lunch time on November 25th
PLEASE GATHER LEAVES TOGETHER & REFLECT WITH YOUR CHILDREN
With your child, find a leaf and ask what the children are thankful for. You can write their answer in pen on the leaf or bring the quote in to school to use our pens at a special table set up for you in the Middle Courtyard behind the couch (there will be leaves there too). These leaves are used on the Feast Table and are a beautiful memento of the year.
