Good news! Dan (Persephone’s grandpa, EW) responded to the children’s letter for support and came to help the children build their designs for the FIRETRUCK’s windshield and side window. He offered instructions for using real tools and had a role for each child in the group. There needed to be one person with a tool and several stabilizing hands.
When the pieces were put in place, Dan and the children worked to secure them to the Firetruck. There was a little debate about how the windows should open.

Laz: No, it goes from this side.
Philippos: Guys, you have to be inside to open the window.
After testing the windows in place, they were in agreement and everything was secured. We still have a lot of work to do before our Firetruck movie is finished. Stay tuned.
